The Russian spacecraft Soyuz TMA-04M with three crew members took off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome (Kazakhstan) toward the International Space Station (ISS) with month and a half late for damages in connection with its lander.
The launch took place at 03.01 GMT (5.01 CET Spanish) using a Soyuz FG andwent smoothly, according to the Control Center Space Flight Russia.
The Soyuz TMA-04M leads to the ISS to the Russian Gennady Padalka and Sergei Revin, and NASA astronaut Joe Acaba, who will join the 31 issuance of the permanent mission at the orbital outpost.
According to the flight schedule at 04.39 GMT on Thursday, the Soyuz will dockin automatic mode the Poisk Russian module of the ISS, where they await their current crew: Russian Oleg Kononenko, Dutchman Andre Kuipers and AmericanDonald Pettit.
