The film “Argo” achieved today with the title of best film at the 85th edition of the “Oscar”, in which the statues were widely dispersed and “Life of Pi” was the most awarded film with four awards, including the triumph of Chilean Claudio Miranda as best cinematographer.

“Argo” won three golden statues, like “Les Miserables”, while “Lincoln”, nominated in 12 categories, won only two Oscars, same number as “Skyfall” and “Django unchained”.

The filmmaker Ang Lee won the best director award for “Life of Pi” was forecast as a triumph of Steven Spielberg (“Lincoln”), who had to settle for seeing how the protagonist of his film, Daniel Day -Lewis, collected the statuette for Best Actor, the third in his career and a record in that category.
