The current president of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, has called on European governments to “implement the necessary structural reforms” to make the purchase of sovereign debt.
At a banking conference in Frankfurt, Draghi said the ECB is ready to implement the new program of buying sovereign debt unlimited.
ECB President defended the unconventional measures that the European monetary authority has implemented to address the financial crisis and sovereign debt.
