King D. Juan Carlos has presided at the Zarzuela Palace the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees Cotec, which has approved the appointment of JuanMiguel Villar Mir, president of OHL at the head of this organization, replacingJose Angel Sanchez Asiaín.
The 56 participants of the meeting, mainly businessmen and senior officials ofseveral Autonomous Communities have also welcomed the Board to eight new companies and institutions, including Ferrovial, Google Spain, MondragónCorporación Madrid andthe Association Network, which was represented by theformer Minister of Science and Innovation Cristina Garmendia.

Torres Industrial Designscomplete the list of new additions to the board, which has been discussed in this session working on future lines Cotec activity aimed at promoting greaterparticipation of society and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in innovation processes.
