The large multinational e-commerce Amazon will open its first logistics center in Spain before next fall to meet the significant growth expected for Christmassales, said the head of this company in Spain, François Nuyts.

Amazon opened its website in Spanish in October and Spain has been one of the countries has grown faster, Nuyts said.

The logistics center will be located in the Madrid municipality of San Fernando de Henares, have 25 different areas responsible for about one hundredemployees and will rely on partners for packaging and distribution services in order to reach their customers in the minimum possible time.
